I purchased the GLen Cook Top, and I’ve used it about 2-3 times so far. The product is good and seems to perform well. It heats up quickly, and works efficiently. The build quality is solid, and it’s easy to clean after use, which is a big plus. While I haven’t used it extensively yet, my initial experience has been positive. I’m looking forward to using it more and will update my review if anything changes.Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase at this stage!

Very good product easy to use this induction. And buttons are working so good and dish are very fast boiling. Nice product value for money.

It is cute and very useful one. You can use it for any type of utensils. I am using it for round bottomed mud pot also (with the help of a SS ring to balance). Only thing you have to be careful while using this stove is the top side of cooking place should be open or should have a chimney especially after cooking. Heat will remain unlike in induction stove. And also it is not suitable if you want to use stove for very short duration, say to make a single glass of coffee,because wastage will be more. Making one glass of hot water is easy in induction stove only, not on infrared stove. But I will say it is value for money definitely.

Good product u can buy very advanced

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the product I purchased. Despite being in use for less than a year, the product has become faulty within just 8 months of purchase.To make matters worse, when I reached out to your customer service team for assistance, I was instructed to take the product to the nearest service center, which is located 100km away from my city. This is highly inconvenient and reflects poorly on your company's support infrastructure. It's evident that your network of service centers is poorly established across different locations, which severely hinders the customer experience.Given these issues, I am left with no choice but to voice my dissatisfaction. I had expected a certain level of reliability and customer support when choosing your brand, but this experience has been frustrating and far from satisfactory.I strongly urge your company to consider setting up more accessible service centers and improving your customer service policies to avoid such inconveniences in the future. For now, I find myself regretting my decision and will certainly consider opting for a more reputable and reliable brand, even if it comes at a higher cost.I hope this matter will be taken seriously, and that necessary steps will be taken to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

It's easy to boil, easy to clean, boils very fast. Very convenient and useful in our busy schedules.But there is a major flaw. The device turns off temporarily due to the thermostat (like in an iron box) and does not fully turn off like a kettle. It means after the boiling is complete the device turns off but turns on again once it cools down, then turns off after it heats up. This cycle goes on until you physically turns off the device or the wall socket. This causes the bottom of the egg to burn and develop a wierd taste.If anyone from glen is reading this, please address this flaw. Replace the thermostat with a thermal cut off switch which won't turn on after the device cools down.

It has a 16 amp plug. I don't have a 16 amp socket in kitchen so I am using MX 16 amp extension board which has 5 amp plug. The only drawback with this setup is I can only use this infrared cooktop at 1800W max power.It takes around 30 mins to boil 3.5ltrs of water in flat bottom pan. This machine also has the problem in which the pans will shake after sometime when we keep something boiling which is a common problem with all induction & infrared cooktops. To solve this problem, I have made a wall support for my pans which stops it from shaking. I am sharing pictures of it.When we use the timer function, it will display both time & Watt power alternatively on display. We can increase power from 100W to 2000W in multiples of 100. When we switch off the machine, it will display HOT on display till the machine cools itself & then we can power off the machine from the mains.

वाकई यह आइटम आज के दौर में बहुत ही अच्छा है। इंडेक्शन कूकर से हट कर यह काम करता है। इसपर तो सारे खाना पकाने वाले बर्तन का उपयोग किया जा सकता है। बिजली की खपत भी जरूरत के हिसाब से होती है, उपयोग करना बेहद आसान और देखने में बिलकुल माड्यूलर है। किचन में चार चाँद लगाने वाला आईटम है।
