Pelican Vault Pistol Case (Custom Case Pre-Cut Foam)

Excellent pistol case, I have come back to this site to buy another one. Excellent protection for the pistols, even with red dots and lots of magazine slots. It’s also a Pelican case, so they are well known for protecting rifles, bows and pistols. I was looking at other brands but Pelican is the Best of the Best. Heavy duty foam inside to keep the pistols from banging against one another.

This case feels very well built and durable. It holds everything I need it to on range days. The foam inserts are easy to adjust to snugly fit your pistols.

This case is very well built. I have no doubt like other Pelican products that this will keep the water, dust and grime out of the case. The foam is rigid in all the right places and has a very secure snug fit for your "tools". The case will fit various size pistols however the 5.1" length slides will have a hard time fitting. Anything more than a 21rd mag will have difficulty fitting and closing the lid. I ended up having to send it back since this was to be used for a 2011 with longer mags. I didnt want to have the extra pressure on the top of the mags (pressed into the bottom of the case foam) for extended periods of time. The fear here is that they may deform causing failures. for a visual, the bottoms of the mags stick out about an inch from the top of the foam. It will fit in the lid closed BUT the tops of the mags (follower area) will be pressing hard into the foam, this could cause deformation.If i had mags and tools to fit in this size case i would keep it. It's a very nice case! It just needs to be about 1" deeper so the mags do not press into the foam. My P365macro mags fit fine.Like i said, good case. just didnt work for my needs.

As the title states and you can see from the photos uploaded, I have 3 optics on 3 of the 4 items stored in this case.Glock34 far left - holosun opticEchelon comp - holosun opticCanik SFX Rival - mecanik opticS&W carry comp 2.0 - no opticI modified the left side to allow for a cleaning kit and the extra mag section by simply cutting the original design down, this worked better for me.Added an optic tool slot on the right and carry extra batteries and mag loaders.Quality product, highly recommend. This fits full size and compact models well.Both with mags inserted or stored, they fit in the case.Also, I like the slot meant for a desiccant pack to make sure moisture doesn’t harm the items.

very nice gun storage box with ability to lock it and chain lock it to something with a cable lock by the handle. plenty of adjustable foam sections for all types of pistols. I may have to buy another and then not tell my wife im also buying some more pistols. shhhh.

First one was garbage looks like someone cut it with a hand knife. But they send a second one and that one was perfect laser cut beautiful

Absolutely love this case worth every penny. So convenient for the range and keeping everything together.

I only have a few handguns and long guns, so I didn't want to buy a gun cabinet or safe that would take up space. I picked up this for my handguns, and the Pelican quality is obviously. It fit all my guns with ease, thanks to the modular foam structure. A padlock fits through the corners easily, and the case slides under my bed with room to spare. The quality is good enough that I wouldn't hesitate to take it with me to outdoor ranges, etc. Feel like it could take a heck of a beating. Really is the perfect pistol storage case.
