Versatile, compact, cutting board is nice. I bought a small knife sharpener that fits in the case.

This is a great little kit with 3 knives, folding cutting board, and dishcloth in a flat zippered pouch, all you need for unfamiliar kitchens. I prepare a lot of our meals when traveling and I am always frustrated with the dull knives in timehares, condos, AirBBs. Knives are good quality and sharp, and are designed so they can be resharpened. Worth it if you love to cook on the road or camping!

Compact, functional, easy to clean and use. Quality was good

For 40 bucks, it's a pretty solid little knife set. Three knives (paring, chef, bread) a cutting board, a cloth and a small bottle for dish soap or whatever. It arrived quickly and each knife has a cover to protect the blade. I had to run the straight blades over a stone but it seems like they're both holding their edges relatively well.I definitely wouldn't use any of these as a daily driver in the kitchen; I've got better knives for that, but they'll be good to have for car camping.Had no problem with the seller; everything arrived earlier than expected and nothing is broken so I can't speak on the return or replacement process, but ultimately would recommend if you need a travel set and don't want to break the bank.

I was really hopeful for this product because it’s a known brand of outdoor gear. The product arrived with 1 paring knife and 2 serrated knives (the same exact knife, but two of them) and NO Santoku knife at all, even though it’s in the name of the product. I contacted GSI like Amazon suggests when initiating a complaint. It made sense because the issue isn’t with the delivery but with the packaging error inside of the manufacturer package from GSI. The customer service was quick to reply, rudely stating that they don’t hold warranty for Amazon products. This isn’t about a warranty. It was delivered the day before with a missing product it described to have had. I replied to the email explaining again that this was a concern with the company quality control of their product manufacturer source, not Amazon and that Amazon clearly suggests reaching out to GSI outdoors as it was sold by them through Amazon and only shipped by Amazon. They closed the “ticket” and sent me a survey email. Now I’m stuck with no Santoku knife which is exactly what this set markets and the prime use tool for prep with camp cooking. - I also can’t return because the item was a gift that was taken out of shipping package (due to gifting we trashed the shipping package thinking the item was sealed and must be fine) but we didn’t realize the issue until the manufacturer package was opened later on. (This was a prime deal sale but that shouldn’t matter). What a stress and hassle.The item hasn’t been used yet so no comment or review on durability of the product. But keep in mind that there is no warranty on these sold on Amazon even if by the manufacture and that their customer service is short and lacking of customer care.
