Works Great for Skin Hydration & Cognitive Function!
I can tell a huge difference in the hydration of my skin as well as my cognitive function when I use this product versus when I don't. I didn't figure this out until I ran out and went for several days without it. The skin on my face started to get flaky & dry, and I was experiencing brain fog. If you're perimenopausal or menopausal, you know how annoying brain fog and dehydrated skin are! I've tried other fish oils & I've also tried krill oil. Neither works better than this salmon oil. I love that it is cold-pressed so I'm not getting a rancid, highly-processed oil. Love this stuff, and I will keep using it forever.
