It’s a great daily driver pre workout. When you want a break from the high stim pre’s and still get a good session in daily this is a good pre workout.

The taste is good as far as pre work out goes, mixes really easily no issues clumping up, within 10 minutes kicked in and was still feeling good at the end of 1.5 hr heavy strength sessions

I’m going to give this 3 stars, purely because the effect is great during a workout. However, for the price and the way it sets hard within just a couple of weeks, it should be a worse review.The silicon gel that I kept in there had NO effect. I kept the lid on tight but it just goes like concrete. Could barely get a knife in there. See photo.

Taste is better than the big z, tastes of cherry but could be a lot nicer, reasonable workout from this product, definitely feel a bit of a pump but not significantly more than other pre workouts that I have tried in the past

I have ordered two of these over the last year both have been beyond clumpy almost like rock inside cannot use

Having taken lots of different pre-workouts for 20 years, I bought this after reading some decent reviews. Overall I was really disappointed. At least it felt like Eddie himself had screwed the top on as I couldn’t get it off for live not money! Had to jimmy it with a knife which was bizarre.It was brown, resembling sand in water, flavour tasted really weak compared to others and I had a pretty poor session in the gym compared to usual with this. Much better off with some grenade .50 cal, superhuman, or naughty boy. Flavour and energy delivery are far better.Shame
