What I like most about it it has so many natural ingredients in it. And it has very little melatonin in it but it works very well.

Very good sleep pills containing melatonin , 5-htp and GABA, these help me get rest very soon after taking and I do usually take Green tea extract EGCG also with them, great combination

I often find myself staying up late at night for work, which means it's very hard for me to sleep afterwards when my brain is active. Around this time, I'm yawning like crazy and just trying to let it happen on its own doesn't really help. I've tried different sleep aid products before, whether as a tablet or gummy, so taking it in a capsule form was definitely new. I generally don't like taking capsules because that means downing it with water to swallow and I try to avoid liquids right before sleeping, but it's worked great for me. Within minutes, what I've noticed is that the onset for grogginess does happen and then it takes a bit more to slowly drift to sleep.

I leave 1 star up to 5 stars if I really like the product and didn't find any issues with it.My wife struggles with getting good sleep so I got these for her. She regularly takes natural sleeping pills of some kind so I thought we could try these out. She has taken them a few times and said that they are helping her sleep better through the night and not toss and turn as much. They seem to be good quality, non-GMO ingredients so we're happy about that. I take this for sleep support. This relaxes me and helps me fall asleep. I sleep much better through the night with fewer wake ups. It's not the kind of supplement that just knocks you out, and you feel groggy. For me, it's a subtle calming sleep enhancer. It contains all the ingredients I like in good amounts. The only thing I would change is the magnesium from oxide/citrate to glycinate. Magnesium oxide is the cheapest form, and it causes stomach issues in some people. I had no such issues, but I would prefer glycinate. I take 2 capsules 30-60 minutes before bedtime. The capsules are easy to swallow with no bad taste or odor. At two capsules per night, the bottle will last one month. It's great quality and a good value for an effective sleep aid.

I took 2 about an hour before I went to bed. Within about 45 mins I could feel myself relaxing and looking forward to getting to bed.Slept a full 8 hours. Wake once but immediately fell back to sleep.No drowsiness the next morning. Pills didn't upset my stomach. No aftertaste.

I have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep sometimes so I need an occasional sleep aid. This one works well. I don’t use it every night but when I can tell it’s going to be hard for me to fall asleep, I take one about an hour before I go to bed and I seem to sleep well. I also don’t wake up super groggy like I have with other sleep aids which is really nice.
