For so long I have been overweight and trying different things to help me lose weight. I did my research and although the price was a little high, I decided to purchase the vibration plate. I started using it immediately, a few times a day for 10 minute sessions. I ate as normal. After 10 days, yes 10 days I didn't drop weight but what I did notice was my cottage cheese legs were gone and my skin was smooth. I noticed in the areas of my body where my fat was stored there were no longer lumpy fat deposits and I even began to develop tone I'm my legs. Even my husband commented on how smooth my legs looked and felt.After 14 days I did began to lose a couple pounds. I am 17 days in and I am overjoyed by the results I'm seeing. So for anyone who is struggling to buy this machine, I say do it. If you can not afford to do so wait for it to go one sale or save up for it. It is completely worth it. I have recommended this machine to all my family and friends. 3 of them have already purchased it. The way it works is as we gain weight the fat cells begin to get larger and larger. The vibration plate breaks down those fat cells so you body can more easily dispose of them. The machine is nice and sturdy and has various settings. The LED screen is easy to read. Don't hesitate, you won't regret it. I never write product reviews but this machine works so well everyone should own one. If I could afford it I would give all my family members one for Christmas, yes it is that good. Don't believe me then go do your own research. I am in love and grateful I got it. I don't know how it will hold up over time but I sure will let you know if I have any issues in the future.

This is amazing!! Fun to use, Hermosa relieve pain, at first you feel funny after all the vibration stops but you get used to it. It’s easy to use, store, and functions beautifully.

I love using this everyday for 15 minutes, especially after a long day on my feet. My husband uses it too after long haul flight to help shift the fluid from his legs. A good sense of well being can be achieved with daily use. Not sure there are weight loss benefits….

This machine is really good quality so far. It's quiet, sturdy and powerful. Been using it almost every day for about 2 weeks. Helped with my lymphatic drainage, relaxes my neck and shoulders (just standing on it), really helps with circulation, even feels like it's helping to build muscles. Gently shifting my weight distribution throughout the 10 min session feels like it's doing different things in the body. I'm loving it!
