I grew up eating noodles
So I almost never leave reviews, but I decided to do for this as I know how hard it is to find the keto ramen that tastes real to help those like me who have been disappointed in the past and still searching. After waisting money on another brand with raving reviews, I decided to give this one a try. I grew up eating noodles - it is my favorite food and I have high standard! After going on keto diet I need find something that tastes real for my cravings! This is so far the only one I’ve finished one pack (tonight is my first try and I mixed with spicy beef sauce for Sichuan style cold noodles) and want another pack immediately! I do like “dente” noodles and do not like noodles that cooked too soft- this product totally met my expectations (I cooked 6 minutes after water boils) and tastes as real as it gets. Whoever made this - good job and maybe lower the price a little would be helpful, but I will be repurchasing!

UPDATED REVIEW
The media could not be loaded. I found it yall... this is it right here!! As an avid ramen enthusiast, I have always loved ramen, but enhanced ramen. The different ways to create it. With that said, due to a gastric sleeve surgery, I have to now limit carbs and I thought my ramen days were over. I used the "i" brand of low carb ramen that is 40 bucks for six packs but then I saw this. Hands down the best substitute ramen you can get on the market. The texture is awesome, the ability to absorb flavors is outstanding, and the nutritional value is amazing.Quick tip, to get a more straighter ramen, I boil for about 11-12 minutes. For more textured curly ramen, I boil for about 7 minutes. That sweet spot for that in between is about 9-10 minutes. Thank me later.**********************UPDATE*****************I might as well switch to my other brand because they have upped the price since this review from 14bucks to almost 20. Not cool. Luckily I found another brand for 12 bucks that is with the same ingredients!

Really good, very happy
I had no idea what to think after reading reviews of similar products. This says boil in water for 7 minutes. Then replace water with soup of your choice. I had some bone broth, leftover bacon and spinach from a steak house. Some mushrooms and some cooked onions. Viola ramen soup. I would not have known these were not ordinary ramen noodles, and the price was really good. So 10 out of 10.

Best tasting low carb noodles so far
These are the best tasting “keto” noodles I have found so far however my husband gets a rash if he eats them 3 days in a row so not sure what is in them.. maybe because the wheat element isn’t organic? They take exactly 8 minutes to cook and we have purchased several times. The carbs are low due to the high fiber. I have used with both Asian cuisine and Italian cuisine

Not my favorite
Hmmmmm, this is a hard product to review, in all fairness I think it is a me problem and not the noodle's fault. I bought these as a noodle substitute due to trying to sustain a lower carb lifestyle. I had really high hopes. but I was a little grossed out. When you cook these they produce a thick gel like substance, and to be honest, I couldn't get past that. I tried rinsing them off and got even more grossed out because it got on my hands .By the time I had gotten enough of the jelly like substance off to eat them, I was just too grossed out. I did eat two bites and the flavor was tolerable, but I couldn't get past the my first impression. If you have a stronger stomach than I do then these may work for you, but for me they are a no go. One last thing to add, the packages are very small so if you are expecting something the size of a pack of ramen noodles, you will be disappointed.

Texture
It is okay but not the great texture. It does need boiling for a while

LOW CARB MIRACLE
OK. How to begin? Ramen Noodles are notorious for being HIGH CARB. An entire day of carbs is about 60 grams. I PORK over 60 grams, which is the approximate carb content of one Ramen noodle package or bowl (80 grams)? If you've taken the journey that I have, you've tried "low carb' noodles that cook up to a "nice" slime consistency? Oh, FRIENDS, these sweet things hold their shape and are, AWESOME. The directions say to use one cup of water and boil noodles for 8 minutes. My water pretty much disappeared before I put the noodles in, so I added more water (isn't EVERY new dish (bowl), a "cooking adventure")? I cut up some roast chicken and (I hope I'm not breaking some "review rules, nah, don't care). AND, I added a newly purchased Jayuss Chicken Ramen Seasoning to make Ramen broth. WOW! GREAT combo. Yes, the noodles aren't cheap, but 4 NET CARBS? SO WORTH IT. (The Jayuss has two carbs, and from the 10.58 oz package (BARGAIN!) a teaspoon for the whole bowl will do ya, off the charts, GOOD! The BAMI noodles have directions for Ramen AND Stir Fry, what's not to love there? Ok, people, as they say in Texas (where we lived for 18 years, and, God Bless it), 'GET YA SOME!" You KNOW you WANT NOODLES, right?
