First Class Freezer
First class delivery and installation of the freezer, better than expected. Quality freezer food r a great price, well worth the money. Very quiet and looks good too. Seemed to be easy to set up. Quality freezer and the right size for the space. Just wish I could have worked out how to add an extra warranty to the item during order process. Other than that, can't fault Amazon.

Amazon email said delivery 18th May. Fridge came on 16th May 7.40am i'd just got out of shower, so quickly answered door in the towel with raincoat on top! So far the fridge works fine, plenty of room and good and cold although only on half way setting. HOWEVER beware the additional service of unpacking, disposal of packaging and the important thing of taking away and disposal of your old fridge or fridge/freezer. Delivery guys did bring into kitchen and put in position, then took photo and were going, until I said but i've paid for the extra service, they said someone else would be coming. Then 3.40pm on 16th Amazon email to say unable to offer that extra service and they'd refund me for the cost of the service and i could cancel the fridge order if I wished - but by then I'd managed to unpack it on my own and install it - hardest bit was getting the square of polystyrene from the bottom of the fridge, 'cause it weighs over 40kg it says on box, so I rocked it back and forth and pushed at the polystyrene with my foot to dislodge it. I'm now paying local council to come and take away the old fridge which has been outside at top end of my drive since before this new one arrived. So beware that the installations and take away of old product service might not exist before you order the fridge online.

Very quiet
Good spacing of draws. Good insulation so not running as frequent as our old freezer. It does not self defrost but it is very quiet.
