Can you use this shampoo on already colour treated hair

My hair is medium brown with grey streaks and has regular highlights. Planter brown hid the greys and gave a lovely rich sheen on top of highlights. I have ordered 2 more!

Do your fingernails change colour due to the dye when washing your hair with this?

In my case, yes. Not drastically, but after about 10 days' use, it looked as though I'd taken up smoking. But then I have particularly thin, soft fingernails.

Are the active ingredients in the shampoo, so it will work without the conditioner as well?

The active ingredients are in the shampoo, the manufacturer however does state that for best results the shampoo should be used in conjunction with the conditioner.

How many washes does it take to wash out if you decide to stop using product. Thanks

Hi this product in my opinion is meant to be used by people who already have brown hair. its not a dye or really a tint. although it is a brown shade. I bought it thinking it was supposed to add shine to my mid to dark brown hair and therefore in my case it doesn't colour it. its only left on the hair for a couple of minutes so I don't think it will make much difference to the colour. I think if anyone is wanting to colour their hair but not permanently dye it, something like nice and easy semi permanent hair colour. Hope this is helpful to you
