A good book for recipes

A very good book. Which has plenty of recipes,it also as measurements and method of cooking.

Not UK recipes!

I bought this book assuming it had UK recipes in it. As you can see from the photo we don't use the word eggplant in the UK and we use grams not cups. It had a lot of American style recipes. Also disappointed with the information for the use of the oven in this machine. Mainly airfryer recipes. Doesn't really talk you through how to use the machine either. Not a good purchase.

These recipes are not written for the UK

The ingredients are mostly USA, the measurements are US the temperatures are all Fahrenheit, and no conversion charts. Not much use in the UK. I have returned it. Beware the union jack on the cover is missleading.

The Union flag on the cover is a con

I bought this to go with my new Instant Vortex Plus air fryer I bought from Amazon. I chose it primarily because of the big Union flag on the cover so it would have UK temperatures, weights and measures. It does not. The temperatures are all Fahrenheit. Weights and measures are all cups and ounces. There are no aubergines, just egg plants and there is not a courgette to be seen, just zucchini. Soon I expect to see something like ‘color’ not ‘colour’. This book is a con as it is clearly not British: it’s almost certainly American. The finger points straight at Amazon as it says “Printed in Great Britain by Amazon”. The recipes I have tried have been a mixed bag and most would need tweaked if repeated. The book is cheap and looks it with not a single picture beneath the cover. I end up doing a web search for virtually everything I want to cook in the machine as it does not cover basics.

Poor quality paper and some of the grammar was not good. It did not explain the difference between cooking in air fry,bake, or grill.
