Derila Memory Foam Pillows (2 Pillows, Standard (19.7" x 11.8" x 3.9"))

Over the years I have tried many pillows and had many disappointments. To be honest when I unpacked this pillow I didn't expect much, but was I pleasantly surprised. As soon as my head touched this pillow I knew I had the perfect fit for me. Firmness was perfect, I got the standard size, and even though it looked small, it is just right for me. I am waking up without a stiff and painful neck, my shoulders are more comfortable, and my upper back more relaxed. I am in my mid 70s and aches and pains are sometimes a challenge when trying to get a comfortable good night's sleep. This pillow has help to make this challenge much easier. I will definitely be getting another one when this one needs to be replaced.

Highly disappointed in this lumpy, lopsided cracker thin pillow. The odd shape doesn't fill a pillowcase edge to edge and looks like you put the wrong size pillowcase on it, looks hideous. The memory foam is good quality, I'll give you that. Design is a major fail! While there is great support for the neck (in one spot), it should be on each side, so that the pillow can be flipped around from time to time. Designing this pillow with only one placement possibility means it won't last if the same pressure point is consistently used. That's works out for the company if the consumer has to replace the pillow more frequently, certainly not a good selling point for the customer. In addition, If you read in bed every night, you'll have to do that somewhere else because propping this up will not elevate you enough to do so. Not worth the money IMO. Better off using dense foam for pressure points and sparse foam elsewhere to make this appear like a normal pillow when not in use. I will add photos when I have the opportunity to do so.

I may have a slipped disc at C5, waiting for MRI confirmation, so experiencing neck, bilateral shoulder & upper arm pain. I'm a life-long side sleeper which doesn't help the situation. This pillow has helped me sleep maybe a quarter of the night. When I'm lying on my back, I have little discomfort. Pillow has great neck support. Works well for side sleeping but not as effective as when I'm on my back. I need to keep working at changing a life-long habit. Weird smell when first opened, but faded quickly. Be sure to leave pillow out in the open for 24 hours before use to obtain it's full shape. Good product!

MUCH smaller than other "King-size" pillows.Too soon to assess comfort, quality, and discomfort relief.

Have been searching for a new pillow for my neck issues and this is the best that I’ve tried so far. It has a small depression for your neck (less pressure on the bones) and allows my head to lay in a bit more neutral position. It does take a bit of time to get used to it but I would recommend it. It’s a bit smaller than a standard size pillow but that hasn’t bothered me.

I bought a small pillow, and I liked it enough to offer to buy one for my daughter. Although the small pillow feels good, the size looks like a baby pillow, so I got the bigger one... only one... but with their web page trickery, it result that I bought four! I immediately contacted them to stop the transaction, but they said it was impossible, that I could return them when I get them. I got them, I open one, and it isn't comfortable at all. I ask to return the three other unopened pillows, and they send me the address where to send them, and I have to pay for shipping... to Lithuania! even when the original address they shipped from was in Saddle Brook, NJ. I wrote again and they said they only can accept returns to Lithuania... What a rip off! The 2 starts are only because the small pillow is OK... otherwise it would be zero stars.

I did sleep very well the first night and slept longer than usual. Was this the pillow? I don’t know, but I like it and have used it faithfully for over a week. Yes, I like it!

I ordered the pillow in king size but when i opened the box, it was extremely disappointed when i found the size is be standard size. I had to go back to the order to actually reconfirm if i by mistake ordered a standard size. I've always used king size pillows. The standard industry pillows size are for standard pillow 20x26 and king is 20x36 inches. This companies dimensions are standardis 11.8x19.7 and king is 13.4x23.6 inches, the standard is even smaller than the standard size, the king is not even close. I don't like dishonest people. The dimensions are mentioned in the description but I selected king size and did not pay attention to the no assuming that the dimensions would be industry standard. I'm not happy abt this and think that this company could be sued for misleading it customers by its product discription. A company should not be able to redefine the industry standard whenever it feels like for its profits. There are other companies who standard size meets the industry sizes, I would definitely be looking into it.About the pillow, I do not know if it really works, I do wake up few time up at night by my own snoring and I have to always adjust the pillow to place my neck in the nook, given sometimes it hard to figure if my neck is in the nook since the nook is not really prominent, I have to raise my head to feel it few times to ensure it correct. I'll still try it for few more days and if I still not able to get used to the size, I'll return the product. My body is not comfortable to the reduced size after 1 week of use.
