While this is intended mainly for use in wheelchairs, we purchased it to help support my elderly mother (95) who has Parkinson's and scoliosis. Her back curves significantly to one side, and it has become difficult for her to stay upright when sitting in her recliner. We only use a single cushion, but it was easy to set up and it gives her good support on that side so her neck and shoulders don't get as tired.

The two “supports” freely rotate on the belt and provide zero assistance to the chair occupant.Further even with two belts, the foam provides zero support. Putting a one pound barbell on the top of the “support” crushes it.Don’t waste your money or time.

A great product. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because it is a little high on my small mom.

These looked to be substantial in photos. But in reality even after leaving them out for the required 48 hours to plump up they are small and soft. Too soft to support as they should. And these are the large size as was recommended?

She was leaning to one side in the wheelchair and causing pain and bruising. This supports her and keeps her in the center even when sleeping. Don't fasten too tight, it needs a bit of slack for the weight of the person on the curve of the chair. She doesn't weigh much so I don't know how well this would work for heavy person.

My dad has dementia and has to be fed. We were using different sized pillows to keep him straight while eating, so he wouldn’t choke. With these, we don’t have position him during meal time and he isn’t leaning. Also, he seems more comfortable! I highly recommend this product!!!

This wedge is not cable of keeping someone from falling over to right or left in wheelchair. Money wasted.

Exactly what my grandson needed to support him in his wheelchair. He leans right, so only one is needed, we use the other one when he’s sitting in his activity chair.
