You know the name. They sound great, and are not expensive.
How do these sound so good and last so long on a charge?! These have bass that will back out your fillings without being boomy, and have an all-around nice, clean sound. This is my first experience with active noise-cancelling; I have nothing to personally compare them to, but all I can tell you is they do a fine job of making the world go away so you can enjoy some peace and quiet, but two quick presses on the Power button activates "transparency" so you can hear what's going on outside. These are easy to use, and connect to my phone almost before I ask them to. I've not used them to make or answer phone calls, and I honestly don't care about that feature.

Amazing headphones for every thing. Movies music or gaming.
Only used for 30 minutes and that’s literally all it took for me to be blown away. Super easy to set up. Perfect fit and comfortably. The material is no where near cheap feeling. Only wish it came with a case for portability but I’ll buy one anyway. The bass is beautiful and isn’t super strong I think it’s just right. The app is amazing and simple to use. Don’t hesitate to buy because of a couple bad reviews. There amazing

Great Sound and Call Quality, but Falls Short on Comfort
The sound quality is impressive – vocals are clear and natural, bass is powerful but never overwhelming, and the wide soundstage brings music to life with depth and detail.Compared with the Bose QC35 II, there are both strengths and weaknesses. Comfort is the biggest drawback: the clamping force is tight, and extended wear causes pressure and even pain on the head. Usability is also less intuitive, making everyday operation less convenient. Noise isolation is just average – it reduces some outside sounds but doesn’t match the passive comfort or active noise canceling quality of the QC35 II.On the other hand, phone call performance is excellent. Voices come through smooth and clear, with background noise handled far better than the QC35 II, making it a strong choice if you take calls often. In short, it delivers better sound quality and far superior call clarity, but falls behind the QC35 II in comfort, usability, and noise isolation.

Cheap product with a good name brand recognition. And the APP is useless. No windows PC version.
Meh, for how much these cost normally. The controls are analog. I purchased a much cheaper pair with gesture controls. If I did not break those I would be much happier now. I bought these at discount. Overall the headset is not very loud. I have to purchase a app to make them even loud enough to hear. I have these maxed out and they are half of the other cheaper headphones in volume. Frustrating. Zero bass but clear audio. Also, its very hard to get these to turn off. I turn them off and my PC still sees them as on. Which does not make any sense. The ear muffs are not very comfortable. The sound cancelling is ok. But, not as good as the cheaper pair I broke. Also, the headphones make a horrible sound when you push the analog buttons. It sounds like the audio is glitching. It stops after I bit. But is very loud. I have perfect hearing and these headphones are just not very good. App is very limited and NO PC version. Why no PC version?

Excellent Headphones!
I'm very pleased with these headphones. They were easy to configure (I did two sources), and they are quite comfortable to wear. I think they do a pretty fair job of removing ambient sounds, but I don't have much experience with noise cancelling headphones, so I can't make much of a statement there.I am very pleased with the sound quality! Excellent mid-range with good highs. And the bass is present without being overpowering, and they deliver a good deep bass!

works well, some suggestion on the location of the on/off button.
The product works well. I could connect it to the computer using the dongle without the computer Bluetooth on, and it works well as a work headset with both good audio and microphone.Only issue I have is the location of the on/off button on the headset to be very close to the USB-C port. The headset can be switched on or off un-intentionally while using the USB charging. Hopefully the designers would keep this into account in the next iteration.

Good sound quality but a few majorly annoying design flaws
I bought these headphones as replacement for my older Bose headphones about a year and a half ago. I can say the sound quality is pretty great, and I think the noise cancelling works really well. But otherwise, these headphones have a lot of little annoying problems that cause issues for me regularly. For one, the simple act of turning the headphones off and on is such a trial. With the Bose headphones, there was a switch on the side that you could flip on and off easily without having to put the headphones on. With these headphones there is no possible way to tell if you accidentally left your headphones on until you try to play a youtube video and they're stealing the audio from the other room. Then, when you go to turn them off you have to put your ear to the headphone or else you can't tell if they've actually turned off. Hold the button too long and they try bluetooth pairing and you've lost another minute trying to figure out how to get them out of that mode to turn them off. Overall, just a really crappy design that could have been made so much simpler. The other annoying feature is poor connectivity. I had so much trouble connecting these headphones to my laptop that I don't even bother trying to pair them anymore because I know it will fail no matter what I do. My Bose headphones would easily be connected to my laptop and my phone at the same time with no issue at all, but these headphones struggle to do even the basic form of that task. On top of that, if the headphones are connected but you're on a phone call they will REGULARLY try to steal your phone call. And then of course it's impossible to turn them off without taking a full minute away from your phone call to find the headphones and put your ear up to them to make sure they've properly turned off.My summary is that these headphones work well for sound but they are so annoying that I'm already considering replacing them to go back to Bose after only a year and a half. It just feels like simple design operations were ignored for no reason at all, and I will probably never be buying Sennheisers again for that reason.
