These cookies are fabulous!! They have a wonderful ginger taste and they are very thin such that you can pop a whole one into your mouth easily and then crunch down as they are very very crunchy. These are a great value when purchased in bulk like this as it is very easy to go through one package at a sitting. Enjoy them as I do as they are my favorite cookie and I keep a box in my desk so when I get the munchies I don’t have far to go!!!

These are EXACTLY as they are supposed to be: waferthin, with at the end a little ginger-kick. Oh, so delicious.

Where have these biscuits been all my life!!I am a sucker for ginger biscuits - warm, spicy and so delicious. I had never heard nor tried these biscuits but the reviews were convincing and they were correct. Oh my goodness, throw out the weight loss goals if you go for this. LOL.Okay, on a more serious note, these are irresistibly delicious. I finished a pack in a sitting - not advised! They are thin with the perfect amount of crunch, feel airy and light and just the right amount of ginger.This is also a huge pack so enough to share with friends, family and neighbors. Seriously, share these, you could get that job promotion from offering these biscuits around.Thankfully, they were also delivered in green condition so minimal breaking.I enjoy these with tea and I hope you will too!

Thin, crispy but not too crispy. Great tasting and low in sugar. Great quickly dipped in warm coffee.

Great little ginger cookies but they always arrive broken. They are thin and crispy so they do break easily. I don't mind that much as they still taste great. Just be prepared for loose crumbs when you open a pack. I'm a long way from an IKEA to buy these in person. The crumbs make a tasty pie crust or oatmeal topper.
