I only bought this product a little under two weeks ago (which is why I only gave it 4 stars) and I can already feel a difference. I initially bought it due to being told I had a fatty liver and fearful that all those years of living the good life was catching up to me. The product had really great reviews and I thought the price wasn't too out of this world either. Wow, was I glad I did. I have suffered from body aches and pains (especially in my shoulders where most women hold their stress), and general sluggishness for years. I have noticed that my shoulders do not ache like they use to, I actually have a a little more pep in my step, and the brain fog seems to be lifting. I am terrible at multi-tasking but was able to prepare, cook, serve, and put away a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner by myself for 10 in 4 hours while keeping my kitchen clean and free of clutter. To be honest I am pretty surprised at how much better I feel but am turning into a believer. For those that treated their body like a frat house instead of the temple they should have this is a great product!

I've had high liver enzymes for about two years now long with a fatty liver. I thought I would give this product a chance. I take one pill, every day at night. I also take: vitex 2 pills (one in the morning and one at night) for PCOS, Ezetimibe 10 mg (1 tablet at night) to lower triglyceride levels, Maca from viva naturals 500 mg (one pill in the morning), an Korean Panax Ginseng from Nutra Champs (2 pills a day- one morning, one at night). And I take lamotrigine (150 mg in the morning) and haloperidol (2.5 mg at night) for Bipolar Disorder.I started taking one medicine at a time, each for about two weeks, and then incorporated another medicine. I have a fatty liver, high triglycerides, high liver enzymes, and amenorrhea. I felt a lot of frustration with conventional medicine and I truly believe in herbal medicine. End results: I first started taking Maca and I increased a breast size, then I incorporated Vitex and I did not feel as edgy as before (I have high testosterone levels). I then started taking Korean Panax Ginseng and I noticed just a general feeling of wellbeing and I lost some weight. Then, when I added the bupleurum I did lab work again, this was a month later and my liver enzymes went down 30 points. My triglycerides are in range now. I'm now working towards getting my period back. I hope this helps someone.

I have a fatty liver from a poor diet and have changed it to become healthy as a gaol. I have added grapefruits, oranges and to my diet and juice a whole lemon added to 16 ounces of water and take these supplements. One in the morning and one at night before bed. Within 3 days I have more energy anf no longer need a nap during the day. I can feel it working and have lost the bloating lethargic feeling I carry around. These herb combinaherbs really work! I feel great and not as negative person as a whole!

I took this product and I began to have a lot of pain in my kidneys. I quickly realized the product is extremely strong and if your kidneys are weak it might do more damage than good. Please be aware! please speak to a doctor! please check your kidneys!

I have to say this is a product I use on a weekly basis. One thing about this one is that it wasn't as potent as normal. Only complaint but the product is a good one. I don't know if they left something out of this batch or what but I would try again and see. Usually buy it locally but this was a good deal.
