Received defective items for the second time for the same item / product in a row.

The media could not be loaded. Great delivery service.... But I don't know if I can say the same about the packaging or the condition in which i received the article or item because it is the second time I am receiving damaged / leaked / defective item in a row. I don't knw whom to blame, my bad luck or the merchant / store selling and shipping such defective items. Please check the photo and the video I am posting along with the review.
