The addition of k2 is considered essential in allowing the D3 to be properly absorbed. (I urge you to look this up).Tastes good and I find that by keeping my spray vitamins with my skincare I never fail to remember to obtain my daily requirement.

The taste is quite strange but the value for money is good. You could get used to this flavor quickly.

Great stuff

I like vitamin D/K2 sprays as it makes them easier to consume. This one comes with a Muskmelon flavour which I found pleasant.The price of £7.39, at the time of this review, is good value for money with an average cost of about 12p a day.I cannot tell why the spray needed to have six E-additives since I used similar products in the past which were purely made up of some type of oil and the vitamins alone.

Works well, starts seeing results within a week. Much prefer the spray rather than tablets now - quick and easy.
