I was recommended marine collagen by my hairdresser. I have psoriatic arthritis and am also somewhere on the menopause journey.Out of nowhere, my scalp had started to itch and would not stop. It comes in handy pouches, you just tear off the top and tastes of orange. For the first couple of months I took this every day and the effect was almost instant. My hair stopped falling out, my scalp stopped itching so much and I felt so much better. My skin also feels better.So from my personal experience, I can highly recommend the Benjamin Button 10,000mg marine collagen liquid pouches. I find the quality of the collagen is worth the outlay and once in my system, a maintenance dose of every other day seems to be doing the trick for now. I will up it again to daily should the need arise, but for me, this was the right decision, it was the quickest way, to get the excellent quality collagen and highest dose for my problems.I would highly recommend it.

Works but does have yuk taste

I have had this collagen for the last year to 18 months. I WAS really happy with that.I’ve just re-ordered it from Amazon and they’ve changed the texture and the flavour. I’m so disappointed it’s absolutely disgusting. It’s like drinking Concentrated sugar and water.If I could send it back I would because I don’t think I can have the rest of the sachets because I just really do not like the taste all the texture of it.I feel like I’ve wasted my money. Why did you change the recipe? This is so disgusting I’m so sorry, but I will not be buying this product from yourselves again.

Tastes lovely, I use them on my morning g cereal and in my smoothies.

I tried this four times & results in my skin & joints were negligible. I have been taking collagen in various products: iiquid, powder, tablets & liposomal over many years but this one did not work for me. I reckon that 4 boxes of this stuff is a very fair trial!I went back to feeling old: my joint pain reminded me how much I was struggling with osteo & psoriatic arthritis. My skin became extra dry. It has taken me 3 months using other collagen products, liposomal vitamin C & biotin to get my body back on track. I can see from the reviews that it does work for some. For me, no. It somehow was not getting absorbed, despite my always taking oil alongside it to help absorption.No, I can't recommend. I guess YOU CAN'T WIN EM ALL!
