Are the Fobs Rewritable

No, these are not rewriteable. I made that mistake. In the description it says “ Read only, can not be programmed”

Is it possible to block users and re-assign ID number. Such as in the case of a employee no longer with company and new employees coming?

Delete the id Number of the employee and it will block the keyfob as well.

Has anyone tried them with prox.pad?

Didn't work for me. Fobs and cards I bought from another seller worked fine.

how long do the batteries last?

No batteries in these fobs, it is a passive tag that is read by an RFID reader.
