My energy, sleep, focus and more changed when I started taking this supplement. I wasn't aware that the body requires 7 different types of magnesium. Whenever I would go about my day I would just verbalize how good I felt and the only thing I changed was adding this supplement. It's like my other supplements finally started working. Can't recommend this product enough.

I have tried many different forms and brands of magnesium but haven’t found one yet that I feel works for my needs.I love Dr Livinggoods Vit D supplement, and also the B and so far the D supplements has seemed to make a difference in how I feel and sleep.

I love, love, love this product. It’s easily digested and makes a noticeable difference. I pair this with the brands methylated multi vitamin which I also live and it’s so gentle on the stomach and doesn’t wreak like normal supplements.

I like that this product contains 7 forms of Magnesium. It helps me sleep well. The only thing I wish could be improved is the size of the capsules. I have a difficult time swallowing pills and have to use a thick liquid and wish they were smaller and easier to swallow. I think these are great quality but they are a little pricey.
