I broke my femur in two places had as a result of the surgery, my right leg is shorter than my left. I tried several different lifts starting with those clear heel lifts. Those were not as comfortable and didn’t stay in place. These Svowin insoles are much more comfortable and provide better support. Since they are longer, and they stay in place— I don’t have to keep adjusting them. they fit different kinds of shoes. Functionality, comfort and support —Will buy them again!

The media could not be loaded. These were great for my son. The pads are squishy and lifted him. They fit in his smaller kids shoes. I will say by the end of the day the tops of his feet were aching, but I don't think that would be the case in boots or the smaller inch. You can take them apart in sections, which is great for customizing and size. We walked around Disneyland for hours and it was great support and height. Highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. These heel lifts have been a helpful addition to my shoe inserts rotation. The 3-layer design is clever - you can mix and match the stackable pieces to fine-tune the height to your liking, up to a full 1 inch boost. The PU foam and gel material strikes a nice balance between soft cushioning and supportive firmness. I like the honeycomb patterned bottom too - it grips the inside of my shoe pretty well to minimize shifting around. The adhesive does seem to lose some tackiness over time, but washing and air drying perks it back up reasonably well. While they work in most of my shoes, I did find the full 3-layer stack takes up a fair bit of space, so roomier footwear is definitely the way to go there. The color options are handy for matching different shoes and insoles too. All in all, a practical and customizable heel lift option!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The adhesive on these are great. They fit nicely in my shoes. They offered good foot support. The durability appear to be good but I don’t walk much do to the pain.

This product works great. My right leg is 1” shorter than my left and causes a great amount of pain in my back. These lifts help tremendously. No more heavy back pain . Highly recommended.

After a fracture in my ankle, I was required to wear a medical air boot for 6 weeks. The boot made my right side taller and caused pain in my left hip. I purchased the Svowin insoles and used them in my right shoe to even up my legs. Thank you, Svowin, they worked great! No more hip pain.

These heel lifts were perfect to fit into my sandals, sneakers, and dress shoes. I love the fact that you can customize how high you’d like them and also that you can either permanently keep them in your shoe or change them around to different shoes like I do. The material is very comfortable on your foot and fits well into most shoes. I’m very happy with these.
