I have had this for almost 3 years now, and have taken it on many trips, to Maui, Canada and all over the U.S. west coast. I use frequently for time-lapse videos of lightning storms and it has been soaked with heavy rain countless times. I was skeptical at first because of its light weight and long legs, I needed something solid, happy to say it has performed better than my expectations.It breaks down quickly and fits in my carry-on luggage (I hate checking bags). It is quite versatile and even has a mono-pod ( one of the legs quickly detaches). It is well built, and solid even in its highest setting (73 inches from floor to the camera base). it weighs just 4.12lbs / and can handle a camera load of upto 22 lbs. It can be folded to 16.93’’Built in level, swivel ball head, quick release plate.After almost 3 years of use, abuse and travel, it still looks and works like new! It IS the best tripod I have ever owned, I would buy it again but I doubt I will ever need to!!!It is an excellent value at a very reasonable price!I have since purchased many other K&F Concept products and I have yet to be disappointed!

I will start by saying I am not much of a photographer but I can recognize a very well built product. There is absolutely no wobble or slop on any of the joints or hinges and everything on it feels very sturdy. I have only just taken it out of the box but the amount of precise adjustment is awesome! I really like the mechanism for the swing arm and how it folds up so small, when I first took it out of the box I thought I was missing a part or something but you just have to unscrew the knob right above the hinge and slide it up. All of the joints lock very well but are still very quick and easy to unlock and adjust. It is by far the most expensive tripod I have ever owned but that isn't saying much since most the tripods I have ever owned are like $15, so I would definitely say this one is worth the money (especially considering some tripods I have seen are several hundred dollars. Like I said, I am not a professional photographer by any means I can see the functionality already. All of the adjustment knobs are buttery smooth and they are complete with degree marks for precise tweaks for a shot. One other thing to note is that the telescoping rod / swing arm thing does come with a kind of oil / lubricant on it so that it slides better so it may be worth wiping it down before use so you don't get it all over your camera after messing with it.Overall, I am super happy with the purchase! Would recommend!

Sturdy tripod offers a variety of use cases. The center column is strong and easily raises. Once it rotates to the perpendicular orientation it easily locks into place with minimal slipping. The locking knob secures it in a variety of positions for overhead shooting without worrying about the support legs appearing in the frame. One leg attachment comes off to create a monopod. The build quality is strong and easy to clean. This tripod is a great addition to my kit and I bought a second one that I can use for another camera or lights.

I've not owned a high-end tripod before so not sure if I'm qualified to compare it to the likes of manf-reakishlyexpensive etc; but being a gear nerd is several other domains I gotta say this thing sure feels like you're getting a lot for the money. All the axis run smooth and aside from a little chatter while telescoping the linear section that mounts to the head, using it has been a really nice experience overall.

This is a nice little tripod with a lot of options due to its articulating features, giving many options for taking photos when doing things like macro, or even recording up close videos. The one thing i done like the ball head operation. Knob placement and ease of function leave something to be desired. However, That could be because im used to a different style ball head from my previous tripod

This tripod is really nice. I use it for a variety of purposes including photography and videography. It came in a really nice carry case. The tripod is a little on the heavier side but I don’t use this one when I’m hiking. The price was incredible for what you get. Its well built and will hold up to regular use.

This tripod is fairly light weight but is still very sturdy and incredibly versatile. I love that I can adjust it so many different ways- shooting like normal, or upside down to get ground shots, or with the boom arm for overhead shots. The ball head makes it so I can set it up at ANY angle easily. It's quick to adjust, quick to pack down. I'm super impressed with the quality and options for the money!

You definitely get what you pay for with this. Great value for your money. Starting from the bottom it has a very solid foundation and sturdy legs. The whole unit is very well built and sturdy in fact. The adjustability is insane and I have gotten camera angles I would have never got before. Heavy duty and weighs a good amount so it doesn't wobble around. The pan is ultra smooth. Definitely recommend!
