I had bought this for my husband whose truck didn’t come with cd player. Very easy to use. Plug in usb cord that the player came with and then chose audio and then usb on touchscreen radio for it to work. It worked right away. No issues. We did not have to use enclosed decoder or remote that came with it. Steering wheel buttons work with the cd player. Quality of sound is great too. No skipping when going over bumps.

I loved this device, it was exactly where I wanted it and easy to put it on.

Pretty cool. Everyone that comes over thinks its cool. Rises up slowly.

After attempting to contact the brand, there is no email. Supposedly you can use their "chat". No response. Sadly...I purchased 2 of these. Crossing my fingers the second one doesn't start to do the same as the first. Also, don't expect Amazon to step in. I was just 12 days past the Amazon 30 day return policy on a supposedly 1 year warranty item. Amazon support admonished me for that and directed me to contact the seller. How sad.

Hi I ordered this a few weeks ago and I think this is a great product but one thing that needs improvement is the upper part where you place your phone at. The reason why it needs improvement is because it is hard to find the correct place to place your phone so it can charge. Thank you.

The media could not be loaded. This product is awesome. Just what I needed for extra plugs and save space I installed it right away. Love it.

Had 3 installed in my newly remodeled kitchen quartz countertops. They charge my phone when in the down position. They can be used to charge other items using USB-C and USB as well and have 4 electrical sockets. It helps to keep the kitchen wall clear of electric sockets and unsightly electrical cords as well as easier to keep too many appliances off the new quartz countertops we had installed. A little on the expensive side for purchase but they work well, look amazing, and will add value to our home in the long run.

The media could not be loaded. We bought a new motor home. The power source for the kitchen was in the bottom of the overhead cabinet. Great idea but some appliance we have had a cord too short to reach the outlet. So I did some research and found this popup power source. 3 outlets and two USB ports along with the wireless charger made this perfect. Hides easily when you don't need it like when traveling and your appliances are stored. Was easy to install, took me about an hour. Our microwave sits under the counter, This outlet fit nicely behind the microwave. Simply plugged into another outlet under the counter.
