The media could not be loaded. I got these fans as a Father's Day gift for a new build. They were cheap, going for just over twenty dollars--six rgb fans for twenty bucks! So, I bought two sets: twelve fans. I had considered going higher; there were more expensive products out there. However, I was not about to pay twenty-one dollars for ONE Noctua fan or thirty-six for three Lian Li, so I stayed with these.Let's dance, DS!The fans were ordered Saturday before Father's Day, but delivered by overnight shipping. I was excited because--well, my Father's Day gift from my wife arrived ON Father's Day. I ripped them out of the box, anxious to see what I had, AND to test and install them.At first, I wasn't impressed. The fans looked good, but let's face it: next to, say, Lian Li, they just seemed so basic. I hooked them ALL (yes, all twelve fans) to my psu and juiced them up. The lights came on, the fans started spinning--lovely. All twelve fans going... And not a single peep. These fans are surprisingly quiet. I stood them up side by side on my desk to check air flow and was surprised by their power. These fans deliver.Fine. I installed them, even replacing the weak stock rear exhaust case fans on my Thermaltake Tower 500. I installed two intake fans in the front, two on the floor, two exhaust fans at the top, and two exhaust fans at the back. The airflow is impressive for fans I only paid twenty bucks for. But for that twenty bucks, I got a lot of bang. These DS fans can easily rival some of the more expensive products. At twenty dollars, they're cheap, but not cheaply-made. These fans are a quality product. Yet, they have one downside: they are not addressable. That's not a big deal for me, and certainly not a tradeoff for their quality; I would certainly buy them again, and would highly recommend them.I was skeptical, to be honest. I wasn't expecting what I got for what little I paid. Afterall, you get what you pay for... But sometimes, you get more. Thank you, DS, for these high-quality fans. And thank YOU, Amazon, for selling them.Only one more thing: these fans use an older-type four-pin molex connector similar the ones used to power HDD disks, but there are only two pins in each connector. They hook together easily, which is good for cable management, but do not connect directly to the motherboard. Depending on your motherboard brand, bios may not detect them. At bootup, I would get fan warnings and had to go in and select IGNORE so the system would no longer try to monitor fans I knew I had (machines don't know everything, so there).

As other reviews m.entioned, it has RGB light but it is static (fixed) and will not change. It also can't be disabled. If you wanted to be able to turn it off for the night without shutting down the PC, or don't want RGB light at all, this fan is not what you want. If you need a few cheap fans that works well and some pretty light, this will work.RGB light comes from the hub and illuminate the blades, giving soft colored glow across the entire fan, the pictures are quite accurate and not exaggerated like some of the dirt cheap LED fans with clear blades.At the time of purchase, I paid $25 for 6 fan set which comes to a hair over $4.16 each.It moves a fair amount of air, which would work in all low to mid range computers. And it is quite quiet compared to some of the high performance fans. (I used to have some 200+ CFM Delta fans, my PC sounded like it was about to take off from the airport)

Good cheap fans, easy install. The noise level is less than the original fans. I would buy then again.

they work with molex just fine

I don't have a controller for them so they're static rainbow colored and super bright and you can definitely hear them! But!!!! For the price I paid for 6 of them and keep my system cool, and the speed they go without having to increase the speed I'd say the quality is great! Plus, I don't Mind the fan Noise It's better than a quiet room when I sleep.By the way I used them in a Vetroo Full size case from amazon with an Aorus B650 Elite AX MB, Ryzen 5 7600X CPU, Cooler Master CPU cooler, 32GB Memory and a Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070. Honestly, I'd buy again if needed.

At first, these fans seemed decent for the price, but the quality just doesn’t hold up. I bought the 6-pack, and everything was fine for about a month. But by the second month, two of the fans started making a strange noise and spinning much slower. Now they’re barely working right. If you’re looking for something durable, these might not be the best choice since they wear out pretty quickly.

The box came from Amazon not in another box but in its own box with a shipping label on it. . It also had a corner bashed in on it, to which one of the fans had a cracked outer ring from that corner of the box. Then during installation, another fan had the outer rings crack while install. They still work, but they are very cheap and flimsy. Non-adjustable, great color, old PC style connectors for HDD.For 20 bucks, they are worth it. They are super silent. They do not have an arrow for airflow direction. So you have to figure that out.

The media could not be loaded. So I purchased a 6 pack of DS static RGB molex based fans, I am in love, the led lights are super bright!. The fans move around 30CFM each according to manufacturer, over all I am very happy with my purchase. Because the fans are so cheap I may purchase another 6 pack incase any of these fans give me any problems in a couple of months!
