This cushion is very well made. The bottom works great to keep it on the truck seat without it moving or coming off. It’s very comfortable. I did have a question for customer service and they were quick to respond and very helpful.

Pretty good, and helps with my sciatic pain. So I paid for the upgraded cushion, not sure what that means. All in all I think it's a good buy. I have another cushion i bought a few years back that looks like a much better quality. Not sure if it's a difference in the model or not.

This cushion lifts me up about 1 1/2 inches and is comfortable. It is firm but not noticeably stiff. Seems to be made of good quality materials and workmanship. We'll see how it lasts.

It will work for what I was looking for. I have a long trip to and from Buffalo, New York and I needed something to keep my back from sinking in to the driver seat of the car. I tried it out. It will do its work. It isn’t as big as I thought it would be.

I have been using the normal cushion for years, entirely unaware that they made a wedge shaped version of the same thing, as to fit in cars (since car seats are angled slightly). I got this and it saved me an inch or so in the car, so that my head doesn't hit the roof. It achieves this while still lifting my tailbone up off of the seat, as desired. It's perfect!

I bought this about 6 yrs ago, have used it almost daily for 8+ hours a day and it’s still doing its job. I work in law enforcement and wear a duty belt which caused pain in my tailbone as I drove my patrol vehicle. I began using this pillow and haven’t had pain since. Yes the cushion it is stiff when you first sit on it but after about 5-10mins it conforms to your body providing the perfect support. As strange as it sounds, you would think something that I’ve been sitting on constantly would start to have an odor but I haven’t experienced that. The cover is removable and I would suggest washing it inside out. I’m only writing this because I considered replacing it but then I realized that it other than usual wear, it still works great! I hope my review helps.
