I’ve always had a hard time sleeping. My Dr had given sleep aid in the past but it would stay with me until the next morning. However this product puts my to sleep and I’ll stay as unless I have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and I always go back to sleep with a problem. Best things is I get up refreshed.
