Was beyond satisfied with the quality of the product. It did not stink as nearly as bad as everybody said in the reviews it is a pleather material so it had that smell but it wasn't bad at all. The fit is great the look is great and it comes with extra rivets in case something happens I cannot wait to wear this to events.

I'm 6'2", 220 lbs with a "barrel chest" and this didn't fit that well. The straps just aren't enough to hold it tight and it tends to buckle out around the abdomen. The shoulder pads come very flat and had to be rolled up to give them some curve, but the main problem with them is that a single snap holds them on. They fall off constantly. I'd say the quality if good overall, but it needs more / better straps and a better way to attach the shoulders. If you want to use this for a base and can fix the straps / shoulders, it might e ok.

Pros:LOOKS NICE. Honestly I didn't expect the amount of detail on it. For the price, I was pleasantly surprised. Other armor pieces that I saw online that looked good were way too expensive. This is a great mid-tier alternative.ADJUSTABLE. Via the side lacing (like one size fits all)LINING. It's got a nice soft lining.Cons:SMELL. Just as others have stated, the smell isn't good. Might take quite awhile to get rid of the smell. It didn't bother me too much ultimately though. I would buy this ahead of time to let it air out. I think I had it in my closet for 3 weeks before use.COMFORT. If you're willing to sacrifice comfort for looks, then go for it. It's pretty stiff, but I suppose for what it is, that's to be expected. If you’re walking around say, a Renaissance Fair, that'll be better than sitting down in it. It's very uncomfortable to wear while sitting.TRICKY TO GET ON. I had to put it over my head like a tunic and get someone else to lace me up. It would have been very tricky to get into it by myself.Side note: I'm 5'1 for reference.

I’ve purchased three items from this company, and all three of them have been terrible quality. The chest plate came in with an awful chemically fish like smell. It came with an extra pack of rivets, almost like they knew it was going to be flimsy and brake. Which one it came in two of the rivets were already busted, it’s much too big for what I wanted it to be and is a poorly made copy. I would pay may be a3 of what it cost. This isn’t even considering how long it took it to get here. I will never buy anything from this company ever again .

Looks good the material is that same leather you would get at hot topic accessories. Buckles are probably the more flimsy part but it's a good start for up grades! Fit is large, I'm 5 9 160 , fits big ill have to bulk up . Assembly, will need help buckling. Or upgrade the buckles to make it easier.

It is nice and fits well but the first time I put it on a rivet and one of the straps kept popping off so I had to replace it with a screw backed rivet since the ones supplied didn't stay riveted
