Not what I remember of merquen
Coarse grounds instead of a fine powder. Doesn’t have much of a smoked flavor.

I highly recommend this seasoning. It is perfect on EVERYTHING! I have tried it on grilled corn, asparagus, fish, pizza, tacos, chicken… it is literally good on EVERYTHING! Not much heat in it. Nice little amount of smokiness.

Stale old product!
Absolutely terrible, tasted like dried up cardboard. There was no expiration date anywhere on it… that was clearly left off on purpose to move some old product. Shame on you for sending this to a customer.
