The artwork is stunning and holds up to the fidelity of its sister books. If you enjoy lore and detailed stories of Eorzea and beyond, this is definitely a must buy.

3rd in the series and just as high quality as the previous 2 it's excellent, coming with some interesting information like the script for ancient writing which we used to translate solution 9s signs in the dawntrail footage for example, Information about the first and small bios for characters like RyneTruely Excellent.

It’s a wonderful book, art is gorgeous and it’s definitely worth buying for your collection BUT the description said that it came with Matoya’s hat ingame item, it does NOT. It comes with a wind-up Fourchenault for ONE character on your account.

Now don’t get me wrong, the book is beautiful, and well made, and this issue is completely amazons fault and issue, the issue being that the it says on the listing that you will get a code for matoyas hat and I you don’t, which is a big reason why I bought the book to begin with. I will still enjoy the book but really really disappointed in Amazon for not having the right information on the description and misleading me and I’m sure many others while buying the book.

A wonderful encyclopaedia filled with art, lore and the things I love about the world of FF14. I will be spending many a night reading through this over the next few weeks, and will sit on my shelf of other game tat!However! It does not come with the code for Matoya's hat as stated in the product description, that in game item comes from Encyclopaedia Eorzea Volume 2. Whilst I love the book? I am sorely disappointed that I didn't get the Hat item.
