It does what it says it does
It is well built and properly transfers 4k@60Hz with HDR. I use it between my media PC and soundbar to TV.

Works with Steam Deck and official dock
Works well with Steam Deck and the official dock. This is helpful when you have two displays and neither support DisplayPort natively. The dock requires an active adapter, passive cables don't work.

When I try to connect my laptop's hdmi to my monitor's display port, it doesn't work.

Worked great as a DisplayPort to HDMI cable. Not much else to say...

died after six months
This worked well for a while. After six months, all of a sudden the monitor was shutting down after a few minutes. I tried it on a different monitor, same problem. I tried it with a different output port, same problem. The issue is definitely the cable. For what it's worth, I noticed the cable at the monitor and was very hot.

This is 100% and active DP to HDMI cable
I purchased a new HPE Micro server Gen10 Plus V2 server and I wanted to use the built in display port. I already have DP to HDMI adapters but they are passive and do not work. After reading the review on here about this cable working with a steam deck which needs an active cable, I decided to buy this cable as my HPE server also requires an active cable if I want to use the display port. I purchased this cable not expecting much but to my surprise when I plugged it into my HPE display port an image appeared on the screen.I can and will highly recommend this item to any anyone looking for an active DP to HDMI cable as it works great.
