I started walking on the treadmill a couple miles a day. I have very good and very expensive walking/running shoes. I didn’t understand why my arches started killing me after a couple days, come to find out it’s because I have very flat feet. I did extensive research into arch supports and kept coming across this brand on many websites that said they were highly rated. I didn’t think they’d work, but I took a chance and I’m so glad I did! THESE ARCH SUPPORTS ARE A GAME CHANGER!!! First of all, I followed the sizing chart to order the correct size and to my surprise, the supports couldn’t have fit my shoes more perfectly! The installation was very easy, just take the shoe soles out of your shoes and slide the arch supports in. They are extremely comfortable and supportive!!! They look and feel very durable. They are very high quality for a very reasonable price. I can tell they will last me a very long time. I’ve been using them for a couple weeks now and have had zero pain in my arches, what a difference they have made!!! A couple other Amazon reviews said that these supports made their feet hot and that the arches made their feet hurt. I’ve had neither experience with these. I highly recommend this product and will be buying this brand for my other shoes!!!

I originally bought three pairs of Skechers Arch Fit shoes, thinking I was solving my arch support problem, but they actually caused major plantar fasciitis. To salvage the shoes, I swapped out the factory inserts for these WALK·HERO insoles — and within three days, the pain started fading away steadily. The arch support is very effective and feels like it’s actually doing its job.I had tried three other highly rated brands before these, and they either felt like nothing was there or were uncomfortable to wear with socks. These, however, work perfectly: the heel cup stays put, they slip into the shoe easily, and they feel solid and durable. I got my first pair on sale, but after seeing the results I bought two more pairs at full price without hesitation. There are tons of insole options out there, but these stand out as the only ones that really made a difference for my plantar fasciitis.

This is great. Helped relive pain in my feet from having high arches. The support is there. Size fits perfectly. The only thing I wish was that the cushion was better. They are pretty hard, I wish they were more like clouds

I don’t usually write reviews, but this product has completely earned it. I have extremely flat feet and suffer from severe overpronation. These insoles have been a game changer. They’re incredibly supportive and surprisingly comfortable. Since owning them, I’ve already walked over 30 miles with zero discomfort. I’m fit and athletic, and even with my build, they offer noticeable relief and stability. The support is real, and the comfort lasts. I now own four pairs. They’re true to size, they fit perfectly in every pair of my size 14 shoes.

I've been sucked in to the high stars and thousands of reviews before, and once again, I've tried semi-rigid arch support inserts and been disappointed yet again. I don't think the arch is too high, but it didn't quite hit the right area of my own arch, so in my test using one of these Walk-Hero supports in one shoe and one by Dr. Scholls in my other shoe, walking 1.5 miles to and from work, I found myself having to walk with a slightly unnatural foot placement in the shoe with these Walk-Hero inserts to avoid actually CAUSING arch strain with each passing step. I can't imagine that everyone's foot shape and arch shape are all the same, so it mystifies me that these inserts can make nearly 70K people this happy, and that there aren't more people who find they don't support quite right and since the arch is rigid, that it actually presses uncomfortably in the wrong shape/area of the arch. It seems obvious to me (again) that I'd have to get custom orthotics if I wanted a rigid arch that actually fits my arch. But am I to conclude that my foot arch is that odd? When I wear the soft cushioned foot inserts by other brands with cushioned arches, I have no such problems, my arches feel supported and fine. I think this is the last time I'll be lured by high ratings to trying another semi-rigid arch support insert!

I’ve been dealing with outer foot pain on both feet, which I suspect might be tendonitis. Instead of going straight to a medical professional, I decided to give these insoles a try—and I’m glad I did. I bought my first pair in November 2024, and since then, I've replaced the insoles in all my shoes with these.They’ve noticeably reduced my foot pain and provided much-needed arch support, especially for someone with flat feet or high arches. The comfort and support they offer are impressive for the price. So far, so good—no regrets. If you're on the fence or dealing with similar foot pain, I’d definitely recommend giving them a shot before taking more expensive steps.

Glad I took a chance on these insoles. I’ve tried a bunch of different brands and most of them have been disappointing. My feet are flat and wide. I was hoping these would be pretty good, but I wasn’t expecting them to be this good. But they are. The arch. support is just perfect. The insoles are thin but substantial. They fit my 12X-Wide walking shoes perfectly. Glad I bought them. It’s easy to understand why there are so many positive reviews.

I picked up this insole to help with plantar fasciitis and it noticably adds solid arch support and cushion. I’ve noticed less heel pain when walking around for long days, which is a big win. The material feels sturdy and hasn’t flattened out after a few weeks, so durability seems good. That said, the fit was a little tricky. It runs slightly bulky, and trimming it down wasn’t as easy as advertised. Overall, a good budget-friendly option if you’re looking for relief and don’t mind experimenting with trimming down for a good fit.
