Mikolo Upgraded Weight Lift Pulley System - LAT Pulley Attachments with Adjustable Length Cable for Full Body Training, Home Gym Set, 2023 Version

I love this versatile addition to my squat rack. I can train lats, pecs, shoulders, triceps and biceps. I currently have one set up for curls or bent rows and the other set up for lat pulldowns or triceps. It's a nice space saver. It was easy to set up and took me about 20 minutes to decide the best way to install it without impeding the squat rack functionality.

Love this pulley system. Came with lots of options for different exercises. Has improved my workout. Hardly any noise when using. Easy to assemble.

I was extremely excited when I ordered and recevied this workout equipment. I work out at home and this was easily added on to my current squat cage set up that I had also purchased online during Covid. With this new added cable equipment, going to the gym finally seemed irrelevent. After reading the reviews, I figured as long as I did not use too much weight, the equipment should be fine. NOT the case. Several months after purchase, the wire covering started to peel off. It's not life or death, and the equipment is steel usable with some duct tape rigging, but this is clearly a "China quality" disposable item. Still, I am able to use the equipment and get in a good workout. Maybe my hopes were too high for the good price and all the equipment you get? Gets the job done but probably would not buy again.

I was somewhat surprised and very satisfied overall with the overall quality of these, especially given the cost. It's very easy to set up and very versatile. It's great that you get a variety of attachments for different grips and workouts. Overall I'm very happy with this set. I put mine on my home squat rack on the pull up bar that hangs at 7'. That height seems short for a lot of exercises for this pulley so I end up on my knees a lot. (that's what she said😆). There are a few minor things that were negative but overall I would recommend these.Pros:-great value for the money-versatile-comes with various attachments-smooth pulley-holds a lot of weight-ease of use and changing from one exercise to anotherCons:-the rope seems a little long sometimes but that is because of the height of my bar. A way to easily adjust the length without tying knots would be nice.-the carabiners on the handle attachments could be nicer and larger. Could just be me but they're not the easiest to use because of their size. The one on the pulley is larger and easier to use.-I don't see how you would use these for bicep curls as advertised, pulling from the floor up without having another pulley.

I love this pulley system! You have to be a little creative and make it work in your space, but it has really leveled up my workouts. I have only one complaint, when using one of the pulleys low (near the floor pulling up) the cable can jump off into the space between the pulley and the frame. A minor annoyance, but one I’m happy to overlook with the quality of everything. Plus I saved a ton of money over buying a more expensive system!

Very nice does the Job

Great add to the home gym. I have used it regularly for almost two years. The attachments aren’t showing any signs of wear and tear. The most weight I’ve ever loaded on it is 55 pounds, but it feels very safe. I mostly use it for face pulls, tricep pull downs, and kneeling crunches.

The carabiners included with this set don’t last. I almost hurt myself trying to do lat pulldowns. I suggest getting new ones before use. Other than that, everything else works.
