Like the soft, smooth surface rather than the bumpy model. 24" is exactly what I need for tight IT Bands, Hamstrings, Quads & Glutes. Stores easily, also.

I love this foam roller so much, I want to put it in my will and leave everything to it. Immediately cracked my back for the first time in years and I've never felt better. I'd marry it if it were legal in my state.

Don't waste your time
This foam roller is hard as a rock. I returned it unopened, completely sealed in plastic, in the original box and original packing. They charged me $4 for a damaged item return - completely unfounded.
