As a plus size girl I went back-and-forth contemplating what size I should buy. Anybody who has experience Shapeware or waist trainers in general know that it is really hit or miss when picking your perfect size because measurements are just so different on so many people. I ended up settling on getting a 3X. I am 5‘7“, 310 pounds and when I first wrapped it around my back to see how far it would wrap around my stomach I was definitely nervous. I was already preparing to purchase a 5X at this point😂. It was definitely a fight getting it on for the first time but it gave me everything that I was looking for, I truly love that there are three layers of security on this, the clasps, the zipper, and then the dual bands that you can wrap around. As somebody with a big stomach I truly appreciate that my lower stomach gets covered just as much as my upper stomach, I experienced minimal rolling with this waist trainer, the only rolling that I experienced was when I was on the double rope crunch machine. This waist trainer compared to sweet sweat definitely doesn’t help me sweat as much in my abdominal area so I would definitely recommend for people who are looking to sculpt their body and still sweat in their mid section should purchase some sort of enhancer to rub on before putting it on.

This did the job for me. Gave me a nice tight waistline. I also used it during exercises to prevent bulking or doming out of my belly, great for anyone suffering diastasis recti and working to bring their muscles back together. Can feel bulky but actually looked good under clothes but perhaps not under thin tight clothing as the Velcro wrap over the hooks would be visible outline.

I love this sauna vest! I have tried many sauna vest, but none of them covered the lower abdomen like this one. I love it.

Let me say this👏👏👏👏 way to go on the metal, the color and how well it suckes me in, I think my wife and I went through about 3 to 4 companies before deciding to purchasing this one, it's all we needed and more, for us to be plus size woman not much suck us in like we went to the gym or hade some type of work done, needles to say of your a plus size woman like us please do yourself a favor and get the 4X and it will suck it all in, its adjustable as well, now yes its hard putting on but once its on you wont want to take it off, it's so amazing I just can't say enough about how good this product is.
