Economical, fast and sleek
When my old laptop unexpectedly died, I was in desperate need for a new laptop to move my work forward towards deadlines. I was glad to find this Vivobook from ASUS, which I know is a reputable company with great track record of computers/laptops. The price was a pleasant surprise, compared to other comparable models on the market. It arrived quickly, was painless to set up and running, and has been very easy to work with so far. For simply navigating internet and handle day-to-day duties it has been a great laptop, and I have no complaint so far. Love the color (silver) and design, the size is very manageble in portability, and the keyboard is very responsive. With the price point, I am very happy with this purchase. I imagine this should be a great laptop for school, basic business application and individual options for most laptop users.

This was perfect for what I needed as a remote web designer
I did ultimately have to return this laptop due to unforeseen circumstances, but if it had been up to me - I would have 100% kept it. It's light and sleek with a smaller charger (huge for me), which is something I was looking for when traveling and needing to work from wherever. It ran incredibly well when I had several CPU-intensive programs open, and other laptops I've had in the past could not even handle Adobe Photoshop being open and Chrome at the same time.I never played games on this laptop, but from the ram alone - I do not think it would have been an issue. I highly recommend this laptop to creatives, and those who are looking for a faster and reliable experience, especially while traveling.

Very good laptop
It isn't a powerhouse for games but that isn't why I bought this. The build quality is pretty good for a $377 laptop. Easy to use for something so compact that I can place in a bag. The only downside is the storage but the price is good

Excellent specs for price
This laptop is fast out of the box. Works as expect with stopping specs for low price. Keyboard feels a little cheap, but otherwise solid. Great value!

Performance is great for that price!
Performance is great! Functionality and design is great! The screen quality is not too good. If you don't care screen quality or you pretend to use it with a better external monitor then is ok. Otherwise it could be very annoying for your eyes.

Less Expensive than Zenbook
I had a Zenbook that I loved. The touchpad stopped working, then the ports. I decided to get a new computer, but the Zenbook I wanted was too much for me at that moment. The Vivobook had many review and I was able to save a lot of money on it. I have been very happy using it and would consider buying one again in the future.

People friendly
I love that I can navigate easily but the only thing I don't like is the battery runs out quick

POS
I've had good experiences with Asus computers in the past, but this was the worst experiece I have ever had with a laptop. The POS arrived yesterday and I went through setting it up, all the typical bells and whistels, nothing bad or fancy involved. I didn't have to set up a password yet to enter into the system, not any app in particular, I mean to open the computer up past turning the POS on. When I turned it on this morning it was asking me for a password so I thought maybe it was using the password I used from the older Acer model. It wasn't that. Mybe it was something simple like password, nope. Birthdate, nope. So I call them and they were honestly so nice and helpful, so grateful to them, but the problem remains. I need to return the POS, why the hell should I be going through this for a brand new machine that I didn't even set a password for. I was told that this on occassion, is known to happen. I almost got all of my money back. They, first off, charged me $30 to send their faulty equipment back and then kept another $40+ of mine. I would stay away from them, there’s plenty of companies on here with great deals
