I never expected to be so girly in my 50s but I love that the dusty rose color matches my Logi keybord and mouse :) Even more, I love that this warmer not only keeps my drink "fairly warm" like the one I'm replacing, it will heat it back up to downright hot in minutes if I want it to! I thought I liked my coffee around 150 F but it turns out I do want it to cool down a bit, so I keep it at 125. If I wander off with my coffee and then bring it back to the warmer, it may be down to 100 or less by the time I put it back on the stand - which has been sleeping, waiting to sense that I put my cup back down - but it beeps right back to life and takes less than a minute to get it back up to 125.

The best so far. I have been using coffee warmers for the past 20 years and this is the first one that does not keep the coffee so hot you cannot drink it. All of the others I had to slide the coffee cup halfway off the warmer or burn my mouth. This one - elegant looking and lets you drop the temperature to 105 degrees. Thank you so much for making such a great product.Addition after using. I have read several things about this item not working after a period of time. I love these so much I would gladly replace them as needed. The temperature is always perfect for my tastes and it comes on at the same temperature as when last used. Other comments about the use of the mug that comes with it - can't use metal or glass. I would never ruse metal or glass on any of the coffee warmers I have used and all of my ceramic mugs work perfectly. Thanks for a product that does exactly what it says it will do.

This is the greatest thing I’ve ever gotten. I didn’t realize how amazing it is that your coffee can stay a consistently customizable temperature. I see right after brewing it’s to hot and can wait for it to cool to a perfect 142 degrees (for me)It has an automatic off, if you forget about it. I’ve also used it to warm chicken broth from the box when I feel sick and in short order I have warm broth.I don’t know how I’ve lived this long with out it

As someone who needs their coffee and tea hot, this cup warmer is an absolute game changer. It was annoying having to constantly reheat my drinks in the microwave, but now it stays perfectly warm or hot from the first sip to the last.Very easy to use, instructions were clear and simple to follow. I haven’t tried my own mugs because the provided mug is nice and feels extra durable. It even has a lid, which helps retain heat or protect your drinks and a small mixing spoon - a thoughtful touch.This gadget has become a daily routine, especially when working from home. I can’t recommend it enough for anyone who likes their drink piping hot.

This is a very nice coffee warmer that works well. 135 degrees Fahrenheit is perfect for me. It also has a ceramic lid that does an excellent job of holding in the heat. My only problem is however with the lid. It is an accident waiting to happen because it has no knob to make it easy to remove and replace. Instead I am having to grab a hot ceramic lid with 4 fingers at the perimeter of a hot ceramic cup. Additionally, there is considerable 135 degree Fahrenheit condensation that collects on the inside of the lid that when removed runs through the spoon cutout on to the warming element, or digital screen or table as I hurriedly try to find a place to put the hot, dripping lid. There is no other way to remove the lid. I cannot imagine the problems it would cause at 150 or 175 degrees. The outside surface of the lid is slippery and hard to hold at any time, especially when hot and wet. At some point the lid is going to be dropped and broken. A small heatproof knob would solve the problems. Perhaps this is just a marketing strategy to sell a replacement cup, w/lid, which ikago also offers. Still I like the warmer & cup. I just wish the lid was more functional.

Very happy with this mug and warmer set. Have tried other brands and versions and this one is, hands down, the best. It will get your coffee as hot as you want it! The mug itself is great quality as well. I liked it so much that I ordered a second cup. It is really nice to be able to see the temperature that you set and the temperature that your coffee has reached. Also good that it has an auto-off feature.

This coffee warmer is amazing. After watching the video that shows the operation of the warmer, even though an expensive item, I felt the research and consideration put into this product was worth trying. Needless to say, I love the product & the mug and would highly recommend it to everyone who is interested in keeping their coffee warm at the temperature they like until they actually finish their coffee. Everybody has a special mug they like and I was worried this one would not measure up. It does!This product does everything it says it will do!

This product is like thinking you are broke and opening your wallet and finding a 100-dollar bill inside. It is a super pleasant surprise. I love it! In fact, I plan to order two more. One for my bedroom and one for my primary bathroom. Oh, maybe three, one for the enclosed patio. You get the point. I really like it. I used it to keep soup warm and that worked well also. Get yourself, one or two or three!
