It started off as a good pillow. It was comfortable, but when it came time to wash it, the smell was really bad. I tried many times to dry it lightly as the instructions suggest but to no luck it’s still smelled really bad like wet pants I had to leave it outside in the garage. I cannot use this pillow after washing, even after following the instructions very disappointed

This is an excellent cervical pillow, filled with TPE pipes/hose (Nishikawa style). It's firm, but completely adjustable by removing or adding pipes.It comes filled enough for a side sleeper. That is rare in pillows like this, which are often very under-filled. I sleep on my side, so I use the pillow as is, with no adjustment.The cervical roll section is firm & the central section is softer, so your head rests at a neutral angle.Really appreciate the thoughtful design & materials (it's OEKO-TEX certified), including the dual sided cover (cotton/lyocell mesh) for temperature control.
