Do you want temporary pain relief. This liquid foam does help. Only thing it will not cure your issue. BUT! it will give you some relief. I have had pain/aches on my knees, lower back, and even wrist. With one or two pumps of the foam, and rub on the (as an example) your knees. give about 10 minutes or so to dry, it is not sticky it feels more water base. Your pain will either go away or it will be minor. It does help. I have also used the roll-on version as well. It is a good product.

Works good I have really bad nerve damage so I need keep using it to see

Don't waste your money. Bought it to help my Mom with her leg neuropathy pain and had no effect whatsoever. No relief no nothing.
