Very happy with the stove and the installation
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟We bought the Elica Crest 2 Burner Open Gas Stove (Crest 266 Nero) and we’re very happy with it so far. It looks sleek in black and has a solid, stylish crown design. The forged brass burners work really well and give good flame control. The pan support is strong and holds the utensils steady, even heavy ones.The installation was done by Ankit Singh, and he did a great job! He was polite, professional, and explained everything clearly. No mess, no issues it was all smooth.I’m sharing a photo as well it looks really good in our kitchen! Happy with the purchase and hoping it stays this good in the long run.Highly recommend both the product and the service.

Very bad experience with elica
The media could not be loaded. I got this product and it looks like it's been through a war. It's got scratches and dents all over the place, and the glass on top isn't even aligned properly. The knob is so tight that I can barely turn it, and one of the burners doesn't even work properly - it keeps shutting off when I try to dim it.

My Product ELICA CREST 2 is good looking and beautiful. It is working good with good burner and cook top design. Everything is fine,but I found the medium sized burner is Seen turning off when it is kept in sim..I raised the query regarding it. I feel ELICA will resolve it very soon

Item received with damaged part and when I placed a replacement request, system automatically converted it to a return request and is asking me to wait for 13 days.
