Yes it is! And it goes a long way!

Is this replenishing conditioner the same as the orange fragranced one, the one one with the oranges onnthe front of the bottle.

Reading both descriptions they seem to do the same job. However I only have the one in the picture as I wanted a bigger bottle for my whole family. Sorry I cannot give more useful info.
