Does the job

I've always used genuine HP cartridges but thought I'd give these a go as reviews seemed good.There were OK initially but as time went on the print quality deteriorated and now the black has leaked leaving black tram lines over ever doc and effecting the colour quality of the other colours.I'm hoping now I've switched back to HP cartridges the lines and mess will gradually disappear. Unable to get to inside printer to clean.Very disappointed and cross, old saying you get what you pay for

Haven’t had a problem ever. Every bit as good as the originals, fraction of price

Inks were fine but the driver failed again to deliver into the hall, despite the code in the instructions. Amazon seem uninterested in solving this issue. Amazon are basically a delivery service and they fail at that basic jobJust left outside by the door, suspecting this might be the case i walked back to the flat.

Print quality, easy to install and value for money

Ordered and arrived same day (thanks Prime!), had an issue during installation of one of the catridges (out of the four installed) so contacted Smart Ink directly, they took me through all the steps to resolve on the webchat but no luck. Without asking/prompting, they decided to send me a replacement of the whole set for next day delivery. Outstanding customer service and no problem at all with replacment. Thank you
