Good drink, won't order again though, to small for the 5 dollar a can price. , just to expensive for me

I'm unsure of effects at this time as I have just drank my first one but the taste reminds me of a cough medicine so ...... Not very pleasant to consume.Update, 3 cans into this 6 pack I can say that when I drink one of these I do feel a cleaner energy than Red Cow gives and it's hard to describe but it's like my brain is more responsive and less foggy. That's the only way I can describe it.

Tasted good and was excited to have a new energy drink until i read the ingredient list. Contains Sodium Benzoate which has been linked to health effects such as dizziness, insomnia, neurological disorders. I did in fact start having dizziness soon after having them but didn't make the connection till recently. Please remove additives!

At the time I received these, a 6 pack was around $30, so $5 per can. I get you might pay that much at a gas station for a specialty drink, but I think it's too much personally. I don't know, you do you I guess - your grocery budget is your own. :)That being said, it's VERY yummy. Like if a Red Bull was made out of actual fruit. I got the pineapple/passion fruit flavor and really enjoyed it. Very tart, lightly carbonated, and no weird aftertaste or strange sweeteners. If you're doing keto, I think it would make a really nice treat.I personally didn't feel any effects after drinking the first one, but I drank it with a fairly carb-heavy lunch. I'll try it again on a fasting day and update if I feel otherwise!

Having a hard time deciding between this flavor and the pineapple passionfruit one as the best. Gives you good energy. Only 60 calories per can. A little more pricey but if your able to swing it give it a try. Worth it!! So yummy!!!

I’ve been trying to fast from caffeine for the past few weeks and i have been STRUGGLING. Decaffeinated coffee has not really been doing the trick so I wanted to find something to increase my mental alertness and clarity (and maybe a little energy boost) without any jitters or a crash later. This ketone brain fuel stuff really ticks the box for me. I love that it’s plant-based and ketogenic certified. And as someone who practices intermittent fasting, it doesn’t break my fast! So happy to have found Kenetik Ketones. Also so much easier to drink ketones than to eat a ketogenic diet! 🙈Fwiw I found the flavor really delicious! Kind of like a subtle sweet-tart candy (but don’t worry it is still sugar-free!)
