No taste of elderly flower at all.
This is not elder flower taste at all. It has more a lemony taste but definitely not elder flower. And even that taste is artificial. For someone who grew up with freshly made elder flower syrup I know what I am writing about,

It's a good sugar syrup.
Okay, I have orderend Monin Elderflower and will see how different is that or what an elderflower syrup should taste like. This one so far, at first try, tastes just like sugar syrup. It is viscous so might be nice to make some kind of mocktails that require simple syrup. Will update the difference.
