Are these 4 *pairs* or 4 individual socks?

A 4-pack would be four pairs. Medipeds are my favor ites as long as you get the right size. I wear a size 11 shoe, and the MEDIUM Medipeds fit perfectly (with the top of the sock coming about two finger-widths below my knee).

Are these same socks as shown on amazon, "peds women's diabetic crew socks with coolmax and non-binding funnel top 2 pairs, white, 7-10". confused???

No they are not the same. I made the mistake of ordering the women's before. I used to always just get them at Wal-Mart but they're not selling them anymore. I found 1 pack left on clearance and kept the packaging. This one is made with cotton. The women's are made with polyester. Those were so tight and completely uncomfortable. I was very disappointed. At the store the pack said unisex sizes and found with the pharmacy. I have been wearing the ones made with cotton for over 12 years now. And yes they are worth the cost. I had no need to buy any for around the first decade of having them. I bought around dozen 2 packs that long ago. Half of those are still in great shape. I have only needed to start looking for more this past year. My mom used to get the same ones made with cotton but with one difference. Her feet and legs would swell up so bad she mostly had to wear slippers instead of shoes to go outside. She was an extreme case unfortunately. The only difference was the ones she got didn't have the rib at the top which would help so she wouldn't get marks or be too tight. The only problem with those are that if you don't swell that badly that you can't wear shoes anymore is that those tend to roll or slip down on you. Which is why I always have gotten the ones with the rib. I love these socks. If I wasn't diabetic or have swelling issues I would still only buy these socks. When you put them on it feels like you put your feet right into pillows. And you will NEVER want to put your feet in any other sock again. So while they are a little pricey to purchase, they feel the best and last the longest. I hope this helps

Why do the white ones not have the m=Mediped logo on them like my others?

I purchased these for my husband, but went for the cheaper ones. I believe that is why they do not have the logo. They are cheaply made, and do not hold up. The later ones I bought about 4 months later were more expensive, but they had the logo, and they are still going strong. You get what you pay for.

Will these comfortably fit an ankle that is 30 cm around or larger?

They don't have much elastic so they should fit anyone comfortably.

Perfect fit. I have bought 7 or 8 other socks and they just didn,t fit right until I found these diabetic socks. I odered 2 packs and will order some more. Very comfortable and I recommed these socks highly.
