First wireless earbuds, and I love them.
Never considered buying wireless earbuds before, but needed them for a mix of work/workout and chose these based on reviews. They have multidevice pairing and single earbud use, which were the main things I was looking for.Comfort: The stock plugs were kind of painful, but luckily this came with both larger and smaller plugs. The smaller set fit great in my ears, without ever falling out. I can wear them for about 2 hours and feel comfortable the whole time.Battery: Battery life is very, very good. I don't know the upper limit because I've never hit it. So far both the buds and the charging case hold charge very well.Audio: The audio on these is solid. Not mind-blowing, I've certainly heard better, but solid. Like a 7.5 or 8 out of 10. I am not an audiophile so this is more than "good enough" for me to use for music and phone calls. If you are an audiophile who needs the perfect crystal sound, you should probably look elsewhere.Form factor: They feel and look good in my ears, though like some reviews say, they are a little slippery. The round small shape and texture make it easy to drop them while putting them in or out. Likewise, the case can close easily, just as you balance to put buds away. Just be careful when doing so.Pairing: These were very easy to pair, and they pair and turn on INSTANTLY when you remove one or both from the case. It's mildly longer to switch if you have them paired to 2 devices, but that's kind of expected.App: The app that comes with these is really barebones and serves no purpose after initial setup. Just use it to set up your preferences, then you'll never need it again.Noise cancellation: I thought this was a gimmick, but it's actually very helpful. You can cycle between full noise cancellation, none, and pass-through. Personally I found pass-through to be unnecessary, with just on and off for NC to be enough. The Noise Cancellation can't cancel out EVERYTHING, but I used it during yard work and it cut the sound of a leafblower down by at least 65%. So it won't block everything, but definitely helps a lot in noisy environments. Similarly at the gym I felt with NC on, I really only heard the music and my own breathing, very little distracting other sounds. Do not use this while driving or crossing streets... it wouldn't be safe.Overall, for the price these are MUCH better than I hoped. Have to be one of the best purchases I've made in a while.

Perfect for my everyday use.
I've had several brands of wireless headsets and by far I find Jabra the best one. Sound is very clear and the bass is loud but not too loud that it distorts the music. I love the hear thru and the noise cancelation. It's not the best noise cancelation but good enough that you barely hear any outside noise. This is actually my second pair as i upgraded to a higher model. It fits perfectly in my ears without falling off during a run. Also, the charge lasts very long. Charging seems to me is very quick. The controls are very responsive and the app is very useful when making adjustments. I love it how it doesn't stick out of your ears like the other brands. Simple yet very powerful.

Great Multipoint Connectivity
I needed/wanted a set of earbuds that could pair with multiple devices (multipoint). These are one of the few brands that do this properly. Also, the fit, ANC, and other functions work great. The App that you can download to control the EQ, Hear-t=through, and a few other functions works well. I like that I can do the one-ear thing. I use them throughout the day and I can drop one bud in the charging case and use the other. Being able to rotate keeps me from having to charge both at the same time. Lastly, the mics are really great. People on the other end of the call report that there is no background noise and find it hard to believe that the call quality is that good - other earbuds don't quite handle voice clarity that well. These are way underpriced as compared to some other well known brands.

Great product but the previous version was better.
I'm a big headphone user 8+ hrs about 5 days a week and I have purchased many, many, way to many pairs in the past, trying to find my favorite. The Jabra Elite 3 were head and shoulders ahead of any pair under 200 bucks I had come across. Unfortunately, they met their violent end. Replaced with an "upgraded" Jabra Elite 4. Same great sound quality and a comfortable secure fit, however they feel a bit lighter which has had some fitting issues and the case seems much lighter and smaller as well as a slicker plastic. All in all nothing to bad. But battery life, even without the ANC turned on, is several hours less than the Elite 3. While not worth returning, it's a noticeable and unfortunate downside. If the 3's are still available, highly recommend those.

They do not last very long with moderate use.
Pros: Sound quality was pretty good and the buds were pretty comfortable.Cons: I experienced connectivity issues within a few weeks where I was constantly having to re-pair with my phone. The battery life was really poor within about 2 months. Finally, the charging case stopped charging the buds within 6 months. This happened with very mild use. I was pretty disappointed. I attempted to warranty the buds for the charging case and the process was antiquated with Jabra having me take photos of the tiny writing inside the case only for them to tell me that they couldn't make out the photos clearly. I could read them fine but it became this kind of cat chasing it's tail scenario and I finally gave up trying to warranty them. You win, Jabra. These buds should realistically be in the 20-30.00 price range considering I have a pair of Boltune buds that were 20.00 and are still going strong with good battery and no connectivity problems. 100.00 for these is insane.I would definitely not buy again.

Good quality noise cancelling
I bought these for a long flight to replace a pair that wasn't noise cancelling. I didn't want to spend the money on a pair of airpods. These worked great and for much less price, so I'm not so afraid if I lose one.
