My child was not interested in many of the odd recipes (dandelion smoothie).
Written for children with Type 1 Diabetes in mind but many of the foods would not be attractive to children. Use of artificial sweeteners are used in the recipes which are not safe for adults let alone children. No pictures accompany the recipes. Not what I had hoped for. Too late for me to return the book, will donate.

Just okay
The overall physical quality and print of the book isn’t that great but just okay. The recipes have also been fine but not amazing. It is nice to have the carb counts for each recipe which is the main reason why I purchased and have kept the book.

NOT A DIABETIC COOKBOOK
This book contains recipes full of sugar and carbohydrates... almost every single one AND there are numerous measuring errors. This cookbook is no better than a bag of cookies....do not recommend for Type 1 diabetics!
