What temperature liquid can these withstand? Thanks

It is made for Cold Water ie Ponds ,the water inside in the winter if goes below zero would freeze I should imagine so depends on what temperature you are needing to use it for ? I always switch the Pump off in very cold weather just incase it freezes .

What type of hose would i need to empty my ground pool .

This hose is fine but you will need to check the outlet on your pump for the correct width.

What is the inner diameter please?

measuring the hose I received the bore was 30mm (less than 1 1/4 "). I had difficulty in talking the joints as many of the ! 1/4 " hose clips will not lose down to 30mm. Make sure everything is compatible .

Is it smooth bore or corrugated on the inside?

Corrugated inside and out, works fine with pumps, continuous and draining type.
