I don’t know if this is even doing anything. When I first took it in a week I went from 183lbs to 177lbs. I work out 5 days a week and I kept taking my regular vitamins while taking this between meals. I started the first week taking 2 only between lunch and dinner since I don’t eat breakfast. Then I switched to 1 pill between breakfast and lunch and one between lunch and dinner. After the first week well nothing. Idk if this is just maintaing my weight cause now I’m just rocking from 183 lbs to 181 lbs. kinda sad I didn’t get more from this product for results. I do have to say that after taking when it’s like an hour before I make food and eat I just feel like I’m starving and I have to fight thru the feeling instead of giving in and bing eating.

When the product shows up they were all melted together in a big blob I was in AZ they were delivered all stuck and melted together I’m in Montana now will not purchased because of the contents gross

Interesting Results
I now feel ready to give an honest review for this product. I am not currently on a low carb or keto lifestyle; however, this product did yield some interesting results. I believe if I was in an active ketogenic lifestyle, my results would’ve been through the roof. I’ve taken apple cider vinegar gummies in the past. These were pretty good. They are bigger in size than I’m used to but very much consumable. The taste isn’t overpowering, so I did like that. As far as weight lost, I’ve lost a few pounds since starting a couple of weeks ago. This product definitely curbed my appetite and I can go almost all day without eating anything. When I do eat, I feel as if I don’t over consume anything. I’m definitely surprised and will likely purchase again in the future.
