Strong taste. Good toothpaste!

I really like this toothpaste. The quality is great. It also cleans out of the sink well, which seems silly until you get a toothpaste that doesn’t! It’s effective in that my breath doesn’t stink and my teeth feel clean. It gets VERY foamy and has a strong spearmint flavor. I don’t have sensitive teeth, so it’s hard for me to comment on that in relationship to the toothpaste.

Years ago I asked my dentist “what kind of tooth paste is best?” He said “anything you will use”. He added that any fluoride tooth paste is best. So heck with expensive toothpaste. I do have a little gum recession, so I do use a mouth wash specifically for that issue.
